How do I order a wedding collection?

It’s simple:

1. Choose collection.

2. Complete contact form.

3. Personalize. We will send you a form to complete with all required information.

4. Payment.

5. Proof. We will email you a digital proof to review and apporve.

6. Delivery. Your invitation suite will be ready in approx. four weeks from time of order.

I’m interested in a custom wedding suite, how do I get started?

Please complete the contact form and we will respond to you within 2 business days answering any questions you have, schedule a consultation, and if applicable, we will provide a quote.

We like to do our consultations face to face, whether that be in person, or via Skype. From there, we will discuss your wedding details, have you complete our Bride + Groom Questionnaire, work out a timeline and start the design process!

Do you design items not listed on the site?

Absolutely! The sky is the limit – anything you can dream up. We will do our very best to meet your needs with our design skills. If it’s out of our reach, we will help you source someone who can help.

Is there a minimum order?

For custom wedding orders there is a minimum order of three to five pieces. There is not a minimum item number required when ordering from our collections, however, there is a minimum print quantity of 50. The minimum print quantity for social is 25.

What options are there for addressing envelopes?

Oooh there are several. We can have your envelopes printed, embossed, stamped, labelled, or hand addressed by a professional calligrapher. It really depends on the look and feel of your suite and your budget. The benefit of having a return mailing address embosser or rubber stamp made is that you get to keep them and can use them again and again for items like thank you cards (and all other snail mail correspondence really).

How long will it take to receive my invitations?

Collections take one week to design and three weeks for production and delivery. Custom orders take four to six weeks to design (depending on availability) and three weeks for production and delivery. Please plan accordingly. Rush orders are available for a fee.

Can I change colours in the collections?

Yes. There is a $50 charge for colour changes. You are limited to the number of colours that exist in each collection. For example, the Spotted Sweetlips collection is a two colour design, so you can change up to two colours. The Coral Beauty collection has four colours, so you can change up to four colours.

Will my order come assembled?

Absolutely! We take care of all required assembly. Depending where you live, you will receive your order by mail or it will be hand delivered, packed and wrapped with love! All you will have left to do is seal your envelopes and pop them in the mail!

Do you deliver?

For all wedding suite orders, we offer free delivery within the city limits of Calgary, Alberta. For all other orders, we will arrange a pick up time with you from our studio or have your package delivered via courier or Canada Post.

Can I use a custom design from the site for my own wedding?

Unfortunately, no. Our custom orders are designed to be completely unique to the couples they are created for. We work closely with our custom couples to get to know them and to create a design that is a wonderful representation of who they are. We DO, however, welcome all inspiration drawn from images you have collected or ideas you may have seen somewhere else. If there is something that you like from our custom work, let us know and we will work with you to create something unique to you and your partner.
